ULB Fine Rental Agency‍

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, rentals, and services provided by ULB Fine Rental Agency (“ULB Fine”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By confirming a booking, the client (“you”, “customer”, “renter”) agrees to the terms below.

1. General Booking Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A valid passport or Emirates ID is required for all rentals and tours.
  • A driving license valid in the UAE is required for car and jet ski rentals.
  • ULB Fine reserves the right to refuse service if required documents are not provided.
  • The renter must meet the minimum age requirement for each service.
  • Full or partial prepayment may be required to confirm the booking.

2. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit is required for car, yacht, and jet ski rentals.
  • The deposit amount varies depending on the vehicle or vessel.
  • Deposits are held to cover fines, damages, fuel discrepancies, or violations.
  • The deposit will be refunded within 21–30 days after the rental date, subject to inspection and clearance of traffic fines.

3. Car Rental Terms

  • Minimum age: 21 years (25+ for certain luxury/sports vehicles).
  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
  • Fuel must be returned at the same level as received.
  • Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
  • Off-road driving, racing, and reckless driving are prohibited.
  • The renter is responsible for any traffic fines, salik (toll), and violations.
  • Insurance covers basic damage only; excess liability applies in case of an accident caused by the renter.

4. Yacht Rental Terms

  • Yacht capacity limits must be strictly respected.
  • The renter is responsible for the behavior of all guests onboard.
  • Damages caused by guests will be charged to the renter.
  • Sailing routes are subject to UAE maritime regulations and captain’s discretion.
  • Bad weather conditions may lead to rescheduling for safety reasons.
  • Alcohol consumption is allowed responsibly; illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

5. Jet Ski Rental Terms

  • Minimum age to ride: 18 years.
  • A valid ID and license (if required) must be presented.
  • Riding outside designated zones is prohibited.
  • Reckless driving, racing, or stunts are strictly prohibited.
  • Any damage to the jet ski due to negligence will be fully charged to the renter.
  • Safety briefing must be attended before riding.

6. Desert Safari Tour Terms

  • Pickup time must be strictly followed. Delays may result in missed tours without refund.
  • Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the guide.
  • Certain activities may not be suitable for pregnant women or guests with medical conditions.
  • ULB Fine is not liable for discomfort due to dune bashing or outdoor conditions.
  • Tour programs may vary due to weather or operational requirements.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the booking are eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
  • No-shows are fully charged.
  • Refund processing time: 7–14 business days.

8. Damages, Accidents & Liability

  • The renter is fully liable for any damages caused due to negligence or misuse.
  • In case of an accident, a police report is mandatory for insurance claims.
  • Without a police report, the renter bears full repair costs.
  • ULB Fine is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

9. Fines & Violations

  • All traffic fines, salik charges, maritime fines, and penalties incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.
  • Administrative fees may apply for processing fines.

10. Delays & Late Returns

  • Late return of cars, yachts, or jet skis will incur additional hourly/daily charges.
  • Extensions are subject to availability and must be approved in advance.

11. Prohibited Use

The renter agrees not to use any vehicle, vessel, or equipment for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Transporting prohibited substances
  • Racing or dangerous driving
  • Subleasing to third parties

12. Insurance

  • All rentals include basic insurance coverage.
  • Excess/deductible charges apply in case of damage.
  • Insurance does not cover reckless behavior or violations of these terms.

13. Force Majeure

ULB Fine is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by weather conditions, government restrictions, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

14. Right to Refuse Service

ULB Fine reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking if the renter violates these terms or behaves in a dangerous or inappropriate manner.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in UAE courts.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with ULB Fine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
