What documents do I need to rent a car in Dubai?
You’ll need a valid passport copy, a driving license (UAE, GCC, or international), and a valid visa or Emirates ID. Non-residents can rent with an international driving permit.
What is the minimum age to rent a car?
The minimum age is 21 for most vehicles, though some premium or supercar rentals may require drivers to be 25 and older.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required and can be blocked on your credit card or taken in cash. The amount depends on the car category and is released within 2 weeks after the vehicle is returned, as per RTA and bank regulation.
How quickly can I get the car delivered?
We deliver anywhere in Dubai within the same day, free of charge. Delivery to other Emirates is also available for an additional fee.
Are the cars insured?
Yes. All our vehicles are fully insured with comprehensive coverage, so you’re protected in case of accidents, provided UAE traffic laws are respected.
What happens if I get a traffic fine?
Any traffic fines incurred during the rental period will be charged to the renter. You will be notified in advance before the amount is deducted from your deposit or payment method.
Do you offer long-term rentals?
Absolutely. In addition to daily rentals, we provide weekly and monthly packages with flexible pricing for both luxury and economy vehicles.
What if the car breaks down or I need help?
We provide 24/7 roadside assistance and full replacement support. If anything happens, simply call our customer service, and we’ll take care of it immediately.
Can I add an additional driver?
Yes. Additional drivers are allowed at no extra cost, provided they meet the age and license requirements and their documents are submitted before the rental begins.
